I have waited this entire year to be asked to write a testimonial for The Future Makers, because I did not know how else to channelise the gratitude and reverence that I have for them. As a confused and nervous student aspiring to move abroad for her masters, I got in touch with several different consultancies for guidance and help. I had, in fact, begun my process with another consultancy firm when I stumbled upon TFM’s free session. Subodh sir was kind enough to schedule one for me on a Sunday, and talk to me through my uncertainties and fear. When I got back to them the second time around, I noticed how they remembered all the small details I had mentioned in our first session, a session where I told them I wasn’t even sure if I’d be moving countries after all. Needless to say, I dropped the other consultants and got onboard with TFM immediately. From that very day, I just knew I was in the hands of people who cared about where I went, and how I went there.

The process of moving abroad for studies is quite stressful and scary, and the difference between a smooth-sailing journey and a cumbersome one, is a good consultant. At TFM, I was fortunate enough to have found two! Subodh sir and Narayani ma’am helped me out with all the steps that were involved, from shortlisting universities, getting my documents right, to finally even applying for the visa. I know all consultancy firms look into these steps now, but what makes TFM stand out is their intention to help. Every step of the way, I knew I was being guided because they cared. They waited with me for the university mails just as eagerly as I did, and they celebrated every small win from the acceptance letters to the final approval of the visa just as joyously as I did. What distinguishes them from the pool of consultants out there, is the heart, the intent. I would not have made it through my moments of fear, panic and uncertainty without their constant reassurance. I cannot thank them enough, and I can only try to convey the amount of gratitude and regard I hold for them in my heart.
